This quote is valid for the next 30 days, after which values may be subject to change.
Requests for extras must be approved 24 hours before appointment.
$100 cancellation fee with less than 24 hours notice.
Client Responsibilities:
-Ensure access to power and water facilities.
-Clear window areas by removing furniture or any obstructions.
-Remove furniture or any obstructions and prepare any areas requiring pressure washing.
-Ensure all animals are secured for safety.
Please note that we do not remove gutter guards; they should remain in place.
If unable to remove window screens, Shine Above Representatives will provide assistance, but we are not liable for any resulting damage.
Shine Above Commitments:
-Utilize safe and effective Shine Above products.
-Wear shoe covers during interior window cleaning.
-Perform a thorough post-work site inspection.
-Photos and videos may be captured for quality control purposes.
On-Site Verification Process:
-Perform an initial walkthrough to confirm the scope of work and pricing initially agreed upon.
-Any discrepancies found in the information provided by the client prior to quoting may result in additional charges.
-Client will conduct a final walkthrough to address any outstanding concerns.
Failure to participate in the final walkthrough may incur extra charges for return visits.

Payment Instructions:
-Full payment is required for cancellations with less than 1 hour notice or if access to the premises is not possible upon arrival.
-Payment is due on the day of service completion.
-A credit card must be on file before any servicing begins.
-By default, the credit card will be charged after your service is completed. If you prefer alternative payment arrangements, please contact our office before your service appointment.
Accepted Payment Methods:
-Credit Card: We accept credit card payments via our payment software. Please note that a 2.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
-E-transfer: Send payments to info@shineabove.ca. Ensure your invoice number is included in the memo field for proper payment allocation.
-Cheque: Mail cheques to Shine Above Inc. at 11511-160 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, T5M 3V9.
Please place the cheque in a sealed envelope in your mailbox, and we'll collect it.
